History

Hi, I’m Ken LeBlanc and I’m a builder. From tree houses and soap box derby cars to remote control airplanes and even the architectural plans for a teacher’s home addition, building has been a passion for as long as I can remember. I’ve had my hands in the building and construction industry now for over 25 years, building and remodeling homes including building my own home.

Philosophy

I’m a third generation builder. Both my grandfather and my father built by the tenets of :

• Build it right the first time - This has given me a legacy of “particular builders”. Planning wise and executing carefully takes time but building wise saves time!

• Listen to the customer - Understand their vision and use your expertise and skills to make it happen!

• Honesty and courtesy are always the best policy

I specialize in (but am not limited to) residential remodeling and new construction. I have skills in the planning and implementing of all phases of the construction process.
